Dr. Ashok Srivastava is a world-renowned oncologist and a “hands-on” global leader in clinical development with over 17 years of experience. He has successfully led more than 130 oncology and hematology trials across 20 countries, bringing his deep expertise to every stage of the drug development lifecycle. With a formidable track record of 27 INDs, 9 NDAs, and 3 BLAs, he is an expert in navigating the complex global regulatory landscape. Dr. Srivastava is a leading authority in cutting-edge modalities like CAR-T cell therapies and antibody-drug conjugates, having played a key role in the BLA filing and approval of the CAR-T therapy AUCATZYL®. His training at Harvard’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the NCI provides the deep scientific and medical wisdom necessary to de-risk clinical programs and design a clear path to approval.
Elias Tharakan is a visionary technology and operations executive with a 20-year track record of pioneering achievements in clinical research. He is the architect of the industry's first unified eClinical SaaS platform, a robust system that powered over 1,000 clinical trials and was instrumental in securing dozens of regulatory approvals, including for blockbuster drugs. As a master of operational excellence, Elias scaled global teams and created the "FAST" methodology, achieving delivery timelines over 70% faster than the industry average without compromising quality. His unique expertise lies in bridging cutting-edge technology with stringent regulatory needs through a proprietary "Compliant AI" framework. Elias provides the powerful technological and operational engine that ensures clinical trials are executed with unparalleled speed, precision, and data integrity.
