Structural independence

AyurDatta is independent by design: we are not a CRO, and we do not execute the trials we oversee; we are not a software vendor, and we do not audit our own algorithms. That structural separation is the foundation of the judgment we provide, and nothing below changes it.

Referral fees and revenue-share arrangements

Where we introduce, orchestrate, or recommend delivery partners or technology vendors, some of those partners compensate AyurDatta through referral fees or revenue-share arrangements. We disclose this because it's the honest answer to a question every diligent buyer should ask.

How this stays firewalled from judgment

Two commitments keep a commercial relationship from touching the judgment you're paying for:

• Partner and vendor selection follows the same published, criteria-based evaluation — regulatory track record, quality systems, therapeutic fit, data security, references, and cost transparency — regardless of any commercial relationship.
• Clinical, safety, and technical sign-off is always owned by a named AyurDatta principal, and is never delegated to, or influenced by, a compensated partner.
